Soccer Team Remains Undefeated Against Prep Opponents

Northwood’s boys soccer team, ranked second in the nation by Top Drawer Soccer, traveled to Boston, MA this weekend for two matches against prep school opponents.

Friday night, the players got the chance to watch the University of North Carolina play against Boston College, where the visitors won 2-0.

Saturday, the boys had a game against Bridgton Academy (a school comprised of postgraduates) where they won 1-0 with a goal by Alex Van Schalkwyk ‘19.

Sunday, the boys took on 3rd ranked Loomis Chaffee School, which ended in a 1-1 tie with a goal from Inaki Rodriguez against a tough competitor.

Northwood School remains undefeated against prep school opponents, and take on Winstar Academy U19 and Appleby College at St. Lawrence University this weekend.
