Humans of Northwood: Kyle Graddon Smith

“I would consider my life growing up privileged but modest, growing up in the suburbs [of Montreal] being able to play sports and go to summer camps, a childhood. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

“Although I play hockey for Northwood, I also play the piano.

“I got to Northwood because one of my friends was going there, as well as a few of my competitors in hockey.

“For the almost 7 months I’ve been here; I feel like Northwood is a great experience for people who want to challenge themselves. I love my team. The season was short and is almost over, but I feel like we’ve bonded so well, especially after the first month.

“My plans after Northwood are to continue my education back in Montreal.”
